We have received your correspondence dated October 6, 2025, and have reviewed your comments regarding our prior communication. Please understand that our prior correspondence was issued in response to multiple documented reports concerning your behavior and interactions within and around the community. Both residents and on-site team members submitted these reports. Management has a duty to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all residents, employees, and vendors. Your email references several serious allegations, including discrimination, retaliation, and ethnic intimidation. To be clear, the communication you received, and any actions taken by management are in no way related to or motivated by ethnic intimidation, discrimination, or bias of any kind. All management actions are based solely on documented observations and resident or staff reports related to conduct occurring within shared community spaces. Regarding your requests: A copy of the Community Rules and Regulations can be found on your resident portal for review. Management has also addressed your concerns directly with the cleaning vendor to reinforce expectations of professionalism and appropriate conduct within the community. Please note that management does not disclose the identities of residents or employees who submit reports or complaints to protect privacy and prevent potential retaliation. As stated previously, all residents are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that maintains the comfort and safety of others in shared spaces. This includes refraining from behavior that may be perceived as intimidating, disruptive, or inappropriate. The management office is actually operating by appointment only, and all meetings must be scheduled in advance. Staff and residents do not consent to being recorded during interactions, and any meeting must comply with that policy. We appreciate your cooperation and expect that all future communications remain professional and in writing, as you have requested.
