I don't blame you for trying to ruin my life or get me fired but you crossed the line when you put your hands on me and pj. I won't pursue you in any malicious way and I hope we can find a civil compromise either in court or otherwise. Please refrain from dragging this matter out or I'll be forced to press charges for cyber stalking and defamation. You have already admitted to tracking traffic via RFID exploits and having direct access to peoples home networks via the closet outside your door so this wouldn't be a hard matter to settle. Please leave me and my boyfriend alone. Have a nice life."

CONTEXT AND SIGNIFICANCE:

1. INVERSION OF FACTS — Talley claims Justin "put your hands on me and pj." The assault record, video footage, and criminal charges (aggravated assault, REAP, simple assault, ethnic intimidation) establish the opposite: Talley and PJ DiDonato attacked Justin Horn, who sustained a fractured orbital bone, broken nose, and broken jaw. Talley's text was sent the same night Justin was treated at the emergency room.

2. TIMING — Sent at 10:53 PM on August 22, 2025, hours after the assault. Justin was recovering from injuries. This is the defendant contacting the victim on the night of the offense.

3. IMPLICIT THREATS — Talley invokes Justin's security/networking knowledge ("RFID exploits," "direct access to peoples home networks via the closet outside your door") as leverage to discourage him from pursuing the matter — consistent with witness intimidation under 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 4952–4953.

4. COUNTER-NARRATIVE SETUP — By framing himself as the forgiving party who is letting Justin off easy ("God will forgive you as I forgive you"), Talley is pre-emptively constructing a false narrative for potential legal proceedings.

5. CAMERA CONFIDENCE — Talley's own video recording of Justin (Assault-Recording-By-TALLEY.MOV, preserved in this repo) shows similar confidence that the assault footage would corroborate his account — a position directly contradicted by the building surveillance footage that produced the arrest warrant.
