Goldtex / Post Brothers — Documented Case Findings (June 2025 timeline)
Documented record relating to the pre-assault reporting of antisemitic content to building
management at Goldtex Apartments, and management’s response. Dates and quotations are drawn
from contemporaneous records (text messages, emails, and screenshots).
Pre-assault reports of antisemitic content to management
A resident posting under the X/Twitter handle @SLEEPYTIME3M (“Emer”) published violent,
antisemitic content in June 2025 (posts dated June 12–13, 2025), including:
“SEND THE JEWS TO DIE FOR THEIR HOMELAND”
“we need to nuke Israel ASAP!”
“holocaust Israel and the gays”
“…nothing but homicidal rage and i just want to stab someone to death”
These posts were reported to Goldtex’s Post Brothers manager, Ray Burnett, by text
message on four separate days before the assault — June 19, 20, 23, and 30, 2025 — with
screenshots of the posts attached. The reports expressly framed the content as antisemitic
(“he clearly doesn’t like Jews”; “Maybe because I’m Jewish…?”) and stated, “I should report
this to someone,” and “if something happened and I never told anyone what I saw on his social
media I’d never be able to forgive myself.”
Management did not respond to these reports.
The posts were also shown, in printed form, to Burnett’s successor Natasia Martin (manager
from approximately July 22, 2025) in July 2025. She characterized the matter as a “tenant
dispute” and suggested the resident could handle it himself. No protective action was taken.
The assault followed on August 22, 2025, carried out with antisemitic statements.
Why this matters
The reports establish that Post Brothers management had advance, dated, written notice of
a credible antisemitic threat from a named resident — and took no protective action.
The reporting was to Post Brothers management (Burnett, then Natasia Martin). Greystar did
not assume management of the property until approximately the end of September 2025 — after
the assault — so no pre-assault report was or could have been made to Greystar.
After the assault — antisemitic content put before Greystar in writing
Oct 3, 2025 — the antisemitic post screenshots were emailed to Greystar leasing manager
Ryan Siminske under the subject “Emer – Tweets – Antisemitism.”
Oct 6, 2025 — the thread was forwarded to Greystar regional manager Sara Kane.
Oct 11, 2025 — follow-up to Siminske: “This is about EMER… as I know him and showed you
his crazy posts about killing Jewish people.”
